Terms of Service/ Refund / Reschedule Policy

At ShowMeCPR, we understand that circumstances arise which are unavoidable and will require you to cancel or reschedule your intended course appointment.

All BLS and Heartsaver Courses & Skills Sessions: Cancellations made greater then two (2) day or more from the course start date are eligible for a refund minus $10 processing fee/credit card fees, and if applicable, any associated cost for course material(s)/manual(s) sent. No refunds will be given for transferred or rescheduled classes. In lieu of a refund, you also have the option of rescheduling your course to a new date/time that is within 90 days of the date of your original course. Cancellations made less than 2 day notice, but not past the course date/start time, are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled to a new course date/time.

If your course is more than 2 days from the start you can reschedule at no cost. However, if you are within 2 days of your scheduled course, you will be assessed a rescheduling fee of $10. All reschedule requests must be made via our Reschedule Course Page. Courses rescheduled under this option can only be rescheduled twice, the second reschedule will be assessed a $10 rescheduling fee. Cancellations made after the course date/start time, are non-refundable and are not able to be rescheduled. This also applies to no shows/no call to the course. If you selected the optional First Aid module within the BLS CPR course and received your access code key for the online part, there is no refund for the first aid portion.

ACLS/PALS Initial Courses: Cancellations made with 10 or more days’ notice to the course date/start time are eligible for a refund, minus $25 processing fee/credit card fees and if applicable, any associated cost for course material(s)/manual(s) sent via US mail. You also have the option of rescheduling your course date/time that is within 90 days of the date of your original course in lieu of a refund. Visit our Reschedule Course Page.

Cancellations made between 10 days but no less than 2 day notice to the course start date are eligible for a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee, any associated credit card fees and if applicable, any associated cost for course material(s)/manual(s) sent via US mail. You also have the option of rescheduling your course date/time that is within 90 days of the date of your original course at no cost. Courses rescheduled under this option can only be rescheduled twice, the second reschedule will be assessed a $25 rescheduling fee. Courses rescheduled under this option can only be rescheduled twice, the second reschedule will also be assessed a $25 rescheduling fee. No refunds will be given for transferred or rescheduled classes. All reschedule requests must be made via our Reschedule Course Page.

Cancellations made after the course date/start time, are non-refundable and are not able to be rescheduled. This is also applicable to no shows/ no call to the course.

ACLS/PALS Renewal Courses & ACLS/PALS Skills Sessions: Cancellations made with 10 or more days' notice to the course start date are eligible for a refund, minus $15 processing fee/credit card fees and if applicable, any associated cost for course material(s)/manual(s) sent via US mail. Respiratory Fit Testing: Respiratory Fit Testing is a one-on-one test. Once you register and pay there is NO REFUND and/or NO RESCHEDULE. Once you lock in your date/time you must show up or forfeit your fee for any reason. Please make sure you can show up to your fit test date/time before registering and paying. If you fail to show up with your mask you will forfeit your fee, you must come with your mask for fit testing.

BLS Instructor: Class fees are nonrefundable and no refunds will be issued once fees have been submitted. Class materials and supplies such as course manuals and textbooks, CPR masks and all other class supplies are nonrefundable. If a registered participant is a no-show and absent from their scheduled class, the participant will not receive a refund of any kind and is not eligible for a class transfer. Instructor class space is extremely limited. If a registered participant decides to leave the class for any reason, they will NOT receive a refund and will NOT be eligible to transfer to a different class. Student teaching must be started within 90 days of your instructor course and you must complete the entire instructor process within 6 months of the start of your instructor class. If you do not complete the course or you lose interest within the allotted time, your instructorship will end and no refund is provided.
