Final Exam: Taken at Home via our Learning Management System - You will be provided with the Zoom call in information once you register and pay.

Please Note: This Virtual Class is designed for high risk healthcare works who are front line with COVID19 patients or individuals who are concerned about meeting up in small groups and cannot attend a traditional in-person course. This class includes the 2 hour online component you MUST take prior to this course, when you sign up you will be emailed instructions on how to take the online class (no additional fees for online course) and the Zoom info to attend the virtual skills session with the live instructor. Please reserve this course for high risk healthcare workers/individuals only, all others should take the in-person classes. You must be located in Tri-State Area (NJ/NY/PA) for this option.

Course Info: The ONE-DAY PALS RENEWAL Course. The PALS Renewal program is for students renewing with current cards who wish to take the renewal program. The PALS Course is for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children. These include personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, paramedics and others who need a PALS course completion card for job or other requirements. There is a Precourse Self-Assessment Test & 50 question test at the end of the class. Completion of the Precourse Self Assessment Test is optional prior to first day of class. This advance preparation will be very valuable as you will learn more and will be more comfortable with the course. Advance Preparation is highly advised to prepare for the skills test and written test.

Course Length: Approximately 5hrs In Person + Optional at home Pretest and PreWork

Certification: Two (2) Year American Heart Association (AHA) Certification - Same Day AHA Certification - Card Issued at end of Course pending successful completion of written and MegaCode Testing. eCards Issued at end of Course.

Prerequisite: Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR card. If your BLS card is expired, you must complete the BLS for Healthcare Providers course completion challenge testing during the class and written exam, an additional $42. If you do not have an American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card you must take a full course. After successful completion you will be issued a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Card.
