The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) and Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB) requires Massage Therapists to be certified in B.L.S CPR from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Proof of the current Basic Life Support (B.L.S.) Certification from a course approved by the American Heart Association is a requirement for applying for your license to the Massage, Bodywork and Somatic Therapy Examining Committee.

at http://www.onlineaha.org
and take class BLS for Healthcare Providers Online part 1
(15-1400) under course catalog. You will pay the American
Heart Association $28.50 to take the online course. Once you complete
the course at your own pace, Print the Certificate with Serial
Number and bring it with you to the in-person skills test.

Cost for in-person skills test is $50 and lasts about 45 min-1 hour skills session at our training center at 8 Rohrbach Memorial Way in Wayne New Jersey (about 2mins from the Willowbrook Mall)

Entire cost is $78.50 and you're certified by the American Heart Association in B.L.S Basic Life Support CPR from the American Heart Association to continue on with your Massage Therapy certification and be eligible becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist. All students will receive a two (2) year certificate from the American Heart Association.
