Yes, we are an authorized AHA Training Site and teach AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS and AHA Heartsaver Courses, CPR/AED, CPR/AED & First Aid, and First Aid. All courses taught are the American Heart Association curriculum and American Heart Association certifications, which are valid for for 2 years. ShowMeCPR is an authorized training site of CPR and ECC Courses of the American Heart Association Training Center and as such fall under their internal accreditation programs.

To verify us with the American Heart Association you can call the AHA National Service Center at 1-877-AHA-4CPR or 1-888-CPR-LINE. Provide them with the AHA Class ID & the AHA Training Center ID AZ20967 and they can verify the class as an approved AHA CPR Class.
All American Heart Association certifications eCards are issued immediately at the completion of the class, Same Day Certification. (before you walk out the door you will have it)

You will be demonstrating your skills on a padded mat with a mannequin on the floor so wear comfortable clothing.

It is your responsibility to come to the course you registered for on time, but we also understand there could be reasons beyond your control that can cause tardiness. If you are more then 10-15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your class as all our classes start on time. If you are running late for a class, please call asap to let the instructor know. It is up to the discretion of the instructor if you can still attend the course.
Yes you can, register for any ACLS/PALS course and you can add on AHA BLS. This will be scheduled for the same day as your ACLS/PALS training. You will leave class with both your AHA ACLS/PALS and your AHA BLS Certification.
Currently the AHA does not endorse ANY completely online course, there is always an instructor lead skills class.
Payment must be made via our website, we do not accept payment at the door (unless you call and make special arrangements). Classes are limited due to COVID and we must receive payment to secure your seat. You can pay via our website with Credit Card/Debit Card or PayPal. Renewal classes do not receive a book. Sorry no personal checks
All Online courses MUST be taken via the American Heart Association ShopCPR website, (https://shopcpr.heart.org/all-products). Once you take the online class, the AHA will present you with a certificate with a serial number/proof of completing the online course. Then you must meet with us to practice your skills in person on the manikins and equipment, followed by a skills test. Once you complete your skills test, you will be issued the American Heart Association eCard.
Please be very careful and look out for fake CPR/ACLS/PALS classes, especially the online versions that advertise for instant certification. The American Heart Association DOES NOT give instant cards online. ShowMeCPR is an accredited American Heart Association training site, but some places are not accredited or do not teach the American Heart Association courses. Our classes are required for Nurses, Doctors, Paramedics, Nursing Students, Lifeguards, EMT and meet specific guidelines are set by the AHA. Our prices are very competitive, and lower than most. If you find an AHA CPR/ACLS/PALS course cheaper, we will honor their price.
Yes, the course focusses on one rescuer and two rescuer CPR techniques for healthcare providers. Which includes AED training.
