Replacement Card Policy:

ShowMeCPR understands that sometimes people lose their card or your card becomes lost, or gets stolen. We have a solution. You can now have an "original" replacement card sent to you by filling in the form below.

You must have taken your CPR/BLS/ACLS/PALS course with us in Wayne New Jersey. If you did not, please contact the training center where you took your original class.

Use our replacement form below, and get your card replaced soon.

Please allow 2-3 business days for card processing. Card processing will start once we receive your fee. Requests made after normal business hours, will be handled the next business day.
